Summer Vibes and Local Adventures
One of the things we love most about Chimney Hill Estate is how close we are to two of the most vibrant small towns around—Lambertville New Jersey and New Hope Pennsylvania. If you’re planning a visit this July, you’re in for a treat. The area is buzzing with live music, fireworks, and cultural experiences that bring both locals and travelers together.
We always encourage our guests to explore beyond the estate while they’re here. After a cold plunge session or relaxing night in one of our accommodations, a short drive brings you right into the heart of some incredible summer events.
New Hope Summer Fireworks Series
There’s nothing quite like watching fireworks along the Delaware River on a warm July night. The New Hope Summer Fireworks Series is one of our favorite traditions. The show kicks off Friday nights in July and lights up the sky with a backdrop of charming riverfront buildings and lively crowds.
Arrive early and grab dinner in town before the show. There are amazing restaurants within walking distance, and the atmosphere is festive all evening long.
Rebel Wine Crawl – July 12
If wine tasting with a twist sounds like your kind of evening, the Rebel Wine Crawl on July 12 is a must. This self-guided tasting tour includes wine samples at local favorites, special pairings, and a lively social crowd.
You’ll get to explore downtown New Hope at your own pace, discover new wines, and enjoy a fun, casual night out. It’s perfect for couples, friends, or even solo travelers looking to meet new people.
And the best part? It’s just across the bridge from Lambertville—less than 10 minutes from the estate.
Relax, Recharge, and Explore
After a full day (or night) of exploring, we’re here to help you wind down. Many guests pair their local adventures with a wellness session in our sauna and cold plunge experience. The contrast of activity and rest is what makes a Chimney Hill stay truly special.
